ABOUT

What If Career Development Was a Skill You Could Learn?

Because the more you understand how careers work, the less you have to leave your future to chance.

Confusion becomes clarity. Uncertainty becomes action. And careers start to feel like something you can shape, not something that simply happens to you.

Career development isn’t a mystery reserved for the lucky few. It’s a skill you can learn.

Most of us enter the world of work knowing how to do a job, but with very little understanding of how to build a career.

I know that feeling. After some zig zagging, taking advantage of opportunities that came my way, in 2003, I joined the Career Services department at one of Europe’s leading business schools.  This marked the beginning a career and vocation that has taken me across higher education, international organisations, and private coaching.

Over more than 20 years, working with hundreds of people around the world, I’ve learned one thing again and again:

Today, I help individuals, academic institutions, and organisations build that capability. My approach combines coaching with practical career development expertise, helping people understand their options, make better decisions, and take purposeful action.

Because when you understand how careers work, confusion becomes clarity, uncertainty becomes action, and your career becomes something you can shape rather than simply react to.

Life is far too short to leave something this important to chance.
